Thank you my dear. I got your phone message regarding Dave Mathews and Yes, I'm planning on going with my kids and husband. I haven't missed a show yet. We always get a lawn seat and would love to have you join us. I'm soooo excited. This is one of the few bands that jam better live than on album. hugs to you! Love, Verne

Welcome to Bellarabia's Blog!

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

Here we can share questions, ideas and information regarding this wonderful dance.

My goal each week is to post a new dance move and information.
Please note: you will learn faster if you take the information from class and Practice on your own!

I don't know it all, but will share all that I do. This is a very ancient dance and has taken on many forms through the years by the cultures it's touched. Through your travels you will find teachers well versed in particular styles and I encourage you to try them. This is one of many steps you'll take in this journey and I'm honored that you've chosen to take the first one with me.
